In order to provide opportunities to young talents in our organization, we conduct "Trainee" programs every year in line with company needs. Our trainee programs are geared to develop the skills of our newly-hired colleagues by giving them the opportunity to work in different locations and positions in Sales & Marketing as well as in the Finance Departments. In addition, we offer the chance to observe and learn by also working together in the other departments. We are always at the side of our new colleagues, fortifying them with in-house and external training programs, supporting them continuously with feedback.
